and we are always including new materials and techniques to achieve higher thermal
figures without compromising aesthetics. We also have to understand that health and

within the building industry, me and my team do adhere to all new industry guidelines given.
It must be frustrating for the customer at times, because of delays or cost implications,
so at all time we discuss these issues with the clients to overcome miss-understandings and
frustration.

This has been my latest project, for another local Cricketing family who needed to gain extra space and a
room for an elderly family member possible coming to stay. Demolition and the re-routing of all services has been undertaken prior to a substantial size extension being constructed to give the client a very comfortable master bedroom with un suite which has allowed for the sons to fight over a who’s going to get the old master bedroom, and then a room becomes available for a study, which will be much used by all. These improvements have also bought this 1960’s home right up to modern day and as by the before and after picture, I hope you agree. It’s not easy having the builders in for 16 weeks, but as we all say, no gain without pain, and by the way, this customer makes a top quality cup of tea.
