Kitchen Build
This was the kitchen for the above job that the customer had bought off eBay. As a 2nd hand kitchen, grease an all, we took it of the lorry and created this lovely kitchen, repairing some of the units and as you can see looks brand new.

Decking
We also carry out varied garden and landscaping contracts with this picture showing how a slopping back garden can be used with a huge decked area being added to this property in Old Town Swindon. The customer was so pleased she held parties on this new area all summer, of which I went to few, this added value to her house.
1st Fix Carpentry
We carry out all first fix carpentry incl. site cut roofs and internal studwork, door & window frames like this job we did for a customer in Bishopstone, a granny flat attached to the main house, which allowed the customers ageing mother be close to her and her grandchildren. This was a roof manly constructed of trusses with the end hips, valleys and box gutter created on site, by myself and my team.
Book Shelf
This new customer had just moved to Shrivenham and had 10 boxes full of books, she required a book shelf, and what a book shelf, as you can see all the MDF was painted before construction to aid the customer who finished the decorating. Start of Extension
This is the start of a double story extension we built in Shrivenham, with the groundworks complete and passed by the building inspector, we poured the foundation concrete, as you can see one of my team taking a well earned breather after a tough morning vibrating and tamping the concrete. We undertake all kinds of groundworks including foundation, landscaping, earth moving, field drainage and foil and rainwater drainage. Although a small extension, this gave the customer the kitchen she always wanted and a nursery upstairs for the new baby.
Kitchen Extension
This lovely house was the customers dream house apart from the kitchen was too small, not anymore, as you can see, we knocked though into the utility and toilet area to create this huge kitchen using steel beams to give the floor support above. Most internal alterations are done this way and once finished the customer was over the moon with her new kitchen and eating area.
Stairs
This professional lady finding it very difficult conduct business meetings on this first floor mezzanine floor with the access via a cast iron metal spiral staircase, with the help of the local joinery shop we fitted this lovely hardwood staircase, no problem any more. We carry out all 2nd fixing carpentry including all stairparts, skirting, architrave and doors.
Re-flooring
In this lovely country house nr Shrivenham, damp was coming though the floor, as with most 200 year old houses, no damp membrane is present, thus before we could fit the hardwood flooring, we had to put one in, over 300mm down and built up with stone and sand and topped with concrete, the floor went down a treat and no damp to be seen even in that flood we had a week later.
Studio
One of my best customers had had enough of her husband and band mates practicing in their garage, so while he was away we built this studio and the end of the garden, with power and loads more room, there was no stopping this band all night long. Once again, bespoke ideas can be bought to life, and with my many years in the construction industry, it seems that nothing is impossible.
Garage "Knock-through"
A customer recommendation got me this job in Swindon, a garage convertion that gave the customer a huge utility/kitchen area and a playroom for the children, also added value to the property, as could be a bedroom the small kitchen/dining room. Again steel is used and timber studwork to create a cavity for insulation and services.
Build
This is another property in Shrivenham, I have undertaken 3 large contracts for this family and this is one of the family homes, in natural local stone, to blend it with the existing house, and to create a master bedroom and en-suite, with a dining room/study and utility room to the rear, we worked very closely with this customer and look how well it turned out, all parties were very happy.
